This site is run personally by Dr. Ananthu S Manoj. It is deliberately simple, and it collects very little.

What is collected

If you send a message through the contact form, the name, email address, subject and message you type are stored so that a reply can be sent. Nothing else is attached to it. If the form is not shown on the contact page, nothing is collected at all.

Your theme preference — light or dark — is remembered in a cookie on your own device. It contains no personal information and is never sent anywhere else.

Server logs. This site runs on Cloudflare, which processes IP addresses briefly to deliver pages and block abuse. This is standard infrastructure handling and is not used to build any profile of you.

What is not collected

There are no advertising trackers, no social media pixels, no third-party analytics scripts, and no cross-site tracking of any kind.

Fonts, images, stylesheets and scripts are all served from this domain. No request your browser makes while reading this site goes to any other company. That is a deliberate choice: loading fonts from a third party would hand your IP address to them for no benefit to you.

If privacy-respecting visitor counts are ever switched on, they are provided by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not fingerprint or track individuals across sites.

How long things are kept

Messages sent through the contact form are kept until they are no longer needed and then deleted. There is no fixed schedule; if you would like your message deleted sooner, ask.

Your choices

You can ask what has been stored about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Use the contact page, or the email address listed there.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will appear on this page.
